What does Faranovin build?
We work on websites and web applications, Telegram bots and Mini Apps, AI-powered workflows, automation and tailored software. Choose a service or describe your requirements in the project form.
How do I request a project?
Open Start a Project, choose a service and explain your goals, requirements and preferred contact method. You can also contact the Faranovin support bot on Telegram or email faranovin.team@gmail.com.
Is submitting a project request free?
Yes. Submitting the inquiry form does not require an account or payment. We discuss project scope and any development cost before work is agreed.
Are service package prices fixed?
Standard packages may have published prices after their scope is confirmed. Custom work needs a project-specific quotation. Prices that have not been approved are not displayed.
Can I work with Faranovin from outside Afghanistan?
Faranovin aims to serve both Afghan and international customers. Project feasibility, communication, payment arrangements and any applicable requirements are confirmed individually.
How long will my project take?
There is no universal delivery time. It depends on complexity, content readiness, integrations and feedback. A timeline can be discussed after the project requirements are reviewed.
Can I purchase the products shown on the site?
Please check each product page for its current status. Products marked Coming Soon are not currently offered for purchase, and their prices or release dates have not been confirmed.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is needed to submit a project request. Customer login, subscriptions and the dashboard are planned features, not live services yet.
How do payments work?
There is no active website checkout at present. If a paid project proceeds, any available payment method, cost and terms will be agreed directly before payment.
How is my inquiry handled?
The project form sends your details to Faranovin Support via Telegram. We do not currently store form submissions in a separate site database. Do not include passwords, card details or sensitive documents.
